Daredevil Action Figures

1985-2000

Marvel Super Heroes: Secret Wars (Wave 2) Daredevil

Brand: Mattel

Year: 1985

Source: comics

Size: 4.5"

With 5 points of articulation, this figure came packaged with a lenticular shield and a single billy club accessory. This is the first Daredevil action figure ever produced and it came on a single card and then a gift set with Black suit Spidey and Captain America. The paint on the face sometimes fades over time, leaving the face a murky red.

Marvel Super Heroes Extending Billy Club Daredevil (Wave 1)

Brand: Toybiz

Year: 1990

Source: comics

This figure has 7 points of articulation and comes with the odd choice of a black grappling hook accessory. It was later re-released in the Marvel Hall of Fame line in 1996, with the addition of a collectible card.

Marvel Super Heroes Armoured Daredevil (Wave 5)

Brand: Toybiz

Year: 1994

Source: comics

Size: 5"

This figure has 7 points of articulation and comes with a silver grappling hook accessory. It’s a straight repaint of the wave 1 red Daredevil figure, meaning the armoured details are not sculpted on.

Spider-Man The Animated Series Grab and Smash Kingpin

Brand: Toybiz

Year: 1994

Source: Spider-Man: TAS

Size: 5"

With only 3 points of articulation, this was one of the least poseable figures in this line. It has an action figure that involves the arms being pulled back, and then swinging back down with the press of a switch on his back. A black cane accessory topped with a clear plastic gem was included.

Marvel Classics X-Men Elektra with Light-up Ninja Blade

Brand: Toybiz

Year: 1996

Source: comics

Size: 5"

This figure was a re-paint of a Psylocke figure from the same line, which explains the light-up psychic knife accessory. This is Elektra’s first appearance as an action figure, and she seems like an odd inclusion in an X-Men line. The back of the box justifies it by referencing her links to Wolverine.

Web Force Tank Attack Daredevil

Brand: Toybiz

Year: 1997

Source: comics

Size: 5"

This figure came with a yellow ‘web tank’ with a lot of add-ons that could either be attached to the tank or be snapped onto the figure for ‘tank attack armour’.

ToyFare Exclusive Yellow Daredevil
